Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are unexpected delays, processing time may take a bit longer. In such cases, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping for all orders, with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days
In some cases, shipping costs are calculated, with the following options
- International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination for international shipping. The shipping fee will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that for international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MugDelights is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sale@allthingsmunch.com so we can assist with corrections before your order is shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MugDelights is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with your local postal service or courier provider. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Since we offer print-on-demand products, all sales are final. However, if your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
