Refund Eligibility
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind after processing period and dispatched item.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer (e.g., wrong design, size, or quantity selected).
- Minor variations in color or placement due to printing processes.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:
- Defective Product: If the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of Issue: Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item, along with your order number.
Return Process
If your request meets our refund criteria:

- Upon approval, you may be required to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or issue a store credit. Refunds will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
